SPECIAL ISSUE: ORDINARY HEROES
You hear about heroes all the time, but how often do you ever get to know one? The odds against knowing two are astronomical. These guys haven't rescued anyone from a collapsing skyscraper; haven't fended off terrorists. But today I'm feeling extremely fortunate to know two such men, who are putting everything they have on the line for the sake of an idea. Richard Pitchers in California and Len Miskulin in England are and have been fighting the family court system for a long time. They are doing this virtually alone, without the help of outside funding or resources. All they have is their own reserves of strength to face the courts and the law. They are our own heroes.
This is the moment the tide begins to turn. This is the time we'll look back on and say, "Back in '02 some guy in California put the court system on notice: men still have rights the same as anybody else." Your kids, our kids, will have them to thank as court systems worldwide gradually begin to realize they can no longer hold our children hostage and enslave the men.
But they are now at the point where they may not be able to continue in their fight for our children's futures. Len faces losing his house and Internet connection, which leaves his website, the main source of information for the British dark. Richard is almost penniless. Homeless, in-the-street, starvation penniless. If the County Sheriff doesn't get him, then he may end up living in a box. We can't allow these courageous men who are doing so much for everyone to have to give up when they're so close to making a real impact!

Here in Richard's own words is an account of his recent dealings with the family court in California. He is representing himself, with the research help of two local men, whose identities cannot be divulged. One gentleman has spent quite literally years researching, all the way back to English Common Law, on which the laws of most states are based. You will most likely notice some unfamiliar terms. Story so far....
Went into court on March 1st. Refused to cross the bar saying I did not recognize the judicial authority of the court in this matter. Then started in on my "speech." Was interrupted by the Commissioner before I had even got 4 words out. He said: "The District Attorney says that he was not served with the Bill of Particulars." To which I said. "Hold on a minute." Turned to my backpack and got out a copy of said document stamped by the D.A. Office as received. Read that off as to day and time etc. Also pointed out that I had my "second" in the court room with me and he could testify that he had served it. 4 were served in all, so it was obvious that the D.A. was lying. I could not see because I was wearing my reading glasses but apparently the Commissioners face got redder and redder against me. "Thirty counts of contempt" with a threat of a $30,000 fine and jail time. All I kept saying was: "I object" any time he drew breath and I could say anything. I go for trial on 15th. But since I was not allowed to speak I did not even enter a plea, nor did the Commissioner ask me for one. So I am quite confused as to what can happen on the 15th. No plea, no trial, as far as I understand the law. But obviously these people have utter contempt for the law other than as a tool for their ends.
Because the Commissioner did not address the D.A.s lie it means that he has "joined" with him. Silence is consent under law, as you probably know. I have therefore filed papers dismissing him from the case for "cause." After all how can I get a fair anything
Tomorrow or Wednesday I will be filing a notice of default since the D.A. has not answered the Bill of Particulars. As far as I understand it I have won by his failure to answer. I will also be filing a notice of Rescission. That is declaring all contracts made as null and void. So it is an interesting situation. I have the feeling I will end up in jail anyway since these people seem to have an utter contempt for law, justice, truth, or anything else that resembles fairness. Frankly I have the greatest difficulty of thinking of them as human. Parasitical entities living off the misery of children and non-custodial parents, is more like it.
By the way, they even lied on paper about how much time I have with my son. I get him for 12 hours a week. According to them I get him weekends, overnights and Monday, Wednesday. Obviously this was shoved in to make me look bad. What a bunch of jerks these creatures are! Look at the mean Dead Beat father, and all that.

Please let everyone know that I am not in jail that everything is O.K. But gear up for a real fight. They arrested me at one point but I really had it out with the bastards.
I want, most of all, for people to realize that we are dealing with human beings and that we can defeat them. All it takes is the will to stand up to them. I am not a courageous person but I do have the will and the conviction that right will triumph if only we overcome our fear of them. I go into the courtroom in great fear, but I carry my love for my son with me, and in that I know that I am right and that nothing can prevail against me. These people can not triumph over us if we stand together.
We have only just started this fight and I am convinced that we will defeat them. The next hearing will be on May 23 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. It will be a hearing to determine if the Dept. of Child Support Services has indeed defaulted on the Bill of Particulars.
If we all stand together we can defeat these people. I was forced to be alone in the courtroom with 8 bailiffs plus two attorneys for their side and all the rest of it. I was, frankly, afraid, but I do not think that these people can triumph over people who are motivated by the love of their children. What have they really on their side? Nothing much but trickery, guile, and intimidation. So, stand together and we will defeat them, my friends, we have, as they say, God on our side.

Do what you need to do and that higher power will see you through even the most dire situations.
I survived something many don't and I believe I did from a force so powerful it conquers all. One thing you have to BELIEVE is that it is there . Once you do it can move mountains I have seen this so many times since close to the edge of life it no longer surprises me just makes me smile to feel it working.
I have said before there is always balance in nature .WE are that balance and WE have to counteract that extreme EVIL which we fight to overcome , To do so doesn't mean pussyfooting around in means taking alternative extreme measures to counteract that massive imbalance .
When you sit on a seesaw directly across from a sumo wrestler you'll never dislodge it by using your weight alone . To counteract the huge weight of that court process needs other means and strength in numbers is one also moving the balance is another .We have the numbers and growing all the time and legal moves such as you are trying Richard is a way of moving that balance to overcome that weight.
Also e-mailing all the media Dave's been mustering to show those ways we are moving the balance in favour of justice.
Let us know Richard as soon as possible the outcome.
Once again all the very best from Scotland .Your stance as you rightly said could change the legal system of California and spread worldwide. So if you have done your homework, it will pay off.

I cannot express how important and significant I believe what Richard is doing
really is. When I first started hearing the terms "masculist" and
"masculism" it was usually in a context with the statement "men are really
*more* oppressed than women." I termed this form of "masculism" as
"me-too-ism" and every time I ran into it I wanted to scream. There was no
masculine energy in it whatsoever - instead only the passive victimhood
which is what I detest so completely about feminism.
The classic dichotomy of feminine/passive-masculine/active is nowhere
better illustrated than in the political manifestation of feminine
passive/aggressive energy - to nag and harass the culture into rescuing
stupid and helpless women from the consequences of their own choices.
FEMININE-ism really is just what it literally means - helpless victim
energy demanding rescue. When I saw men adopting the same tactics, I feared we
were lost.
The heart and soul of the victim is that she waits around for SOMEONE ELSE
to respond to her whining and rescue her. The heart and soul of the
masculine is that he actively copes with the situation as it is presented
to him - using every tool at his disposal to do so.
Of course he is going to win. He has called the bully's bluff and
unmasked the coward which lurks behind all bullies. He has found and
begun to exploit their key weakness - they require the sanction and
cooperation of those they are fucking over in order to validate their
perfidy. Take that away, refuse to cooperate, and they must either give up
or reveal the true source of their power - the use of guns and violence.
But, the moment they do that they give away the illusion of moral high
ground and reveal themselves for the power-hungry tyrants they really are.
There are people all over the world poised to pour emails, phone calls and
faxes on these people to let them know their game has been busted. They
can no longer operate completely hidden from public view. The cloak of secrecy
is the only thing which has allowed them to perpetuate their fraud, and now
is the time for thousands of voices to start screaming that the emperor
really has on no clothes.
He has my admiration, deepest respect, and the fullest support of which I am
capable.

Don't forget the many thousands who fight alone in their own way for the
same things we do. The many who don't have the tools and certainly not the
support we have by those that will help mount the walls built by years of
Misandry and Feminism in Family Law, Social Policy and Society certainly
Western World-Wide and maybe World-Wide.
Men we need to break the falsely perceived strength of independence and
glorifying a few and draw those independent lonely bulls into rapport and
Men / Father / Men-Tor community to break those MEN in the trough that
feeds on and grows the Misandry and Feminism for self-centred reasons.
Yes there are girls at fault. Let the growing war by Girls sort that out we
need to deal with our Gender. Both the Lonely Bulls and those who grow the
Misandry and Feminism.
